Applied AI is the centre of the practice now: agent workflows, retrieval over documents a business already holds, and the evaluation harnesses that decide whether either is fit to ship. Most of what goes up here is me working something out in public rather than handing down a settled answer, failures included – a method you only ever see succeed is not one you can judge. If something here is wrong, I would rather be told.
